🔒 Privacy at a Glance

Tower Hunter needs no account and never asks for your name, email or phone number. Your progress is saved on your device. The game shows ads through Google AdMob and sells optional in-game items through Google Play and the App Store; these services process some device data as described below.

Who We Are

Tower Hunter is developed and published by DevLastStudio ("we", "us"). We are responsible for this game and this policy. You can reach us at any time at contact@devlaststudio.com.

What We Don't Collect

We do not run our own user accounts, analytics or tracking. The game does not ask for or access:

Data Stored on Your Device

Your game progress, settings, unlocked heroes, weapons and gear, and a record of completed purchases (so an item is not delivered twice) are stored locally on your device. This data is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its app data deletes it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Tower Hunter shows ads provided by Google AdMob, mostly optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch for an in-game bonus. To show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process:

Google acts as an independent controller for this data. Learn more in Google's policies:

Your Choices and Consent

In-App Purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own terms and privacy policies. We never see your payment details. To deliver your item, the game receives the order confirmation (product ID, order number and purchase token) and verifies it on your device. We do not store this information on our servers.

Game Content Downloads

To keep the app small, some worlds are downloaded from our content server (towerhunter.devlaststudio.com, served via Cloudflare). Like any website, the server receives your IP address and basic request information in order to deliver the files. We do not use this to identify you; temporary server logs are kept only for security and reliability.

Device Permissions

On Android the game uses only these permissions:

Data Retention and Deletion

We do not keep personal data about you on our own servers, so there is no account to delete. Local game data is removed when you uninstall the game. To delete advertising data held by Google, use your Google account and device ad settings. If you have any request, email us and we will help.

Children's Privacy

Tower Hunter is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, the Turkish KVKK or US state laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address below; you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

Game content and purchase confirmations are transferred over encrypted HTTPS connections, and downloaded content packages are verified with a digital signature before use.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the game changes. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
